Terms & Conditions

Travel Costs is Mileage cost at 0.45p per mile (including trip to wholesaler if needed)
Travel time at £19.50p per hour (including trip to wholesaler if needed), combined.
Hours at £39.00 per hour. (This includes off site time)
Cash or Card Payment can be made on the day, when Engineer is on site only. Cheques not accepted. 

Terms & Conditions:

1. You the client, will agree to the following terms and conditions when entering into a contract with Corvus Electrical Solutions Ltd.
2. Payment due up to 30 days from month end of invoice date.
3. Payment not made will make the customer be on stop and a extra charge of £39.00 will be added per month after due.
4. Until payment is made all materials remain the property of Corvus Electrical Solutions Limited.
5. All payment must be made by bank transfer use Sort Code: 05-09-04 Account Number: 18266129, (Virgin Money was Yorkshire Bank) quoting the invoice number as a reference.
6. 12 Months warranty on all materials fitted by Corvus Electrical Solutions Limited (Except Kiln Elements) But labour and travel costs will be chargeable.
7. All cancellations of work must be submitted via email, 48 hours before work is expected to commence. Failure to do so
could result in any further working being withheld. Also a cancellation fee of £39 will added to future invoice.
8. Quotations only last for 60 days from date of quotation. After that new ones will have to be issued.
9. All accepted quotations above £1000 will be paid, prior before any work is carried out.

Not VAT registered

Registered office is just a registered address for the company by law. All communications are via email or phone. 

Failure to comply with these simple terms and conditions will put you as a customer at risk as not being accepted for future work.
